  • We use for our infusion process only delicious, natural ingredients known for their health benefits.  La Cuisine infused wines are gluten-free, devoid of artificial flavors and preservatives.  We never add salt.  This makes our wines not just a healthy and tasty cooking ingredient, but also delicious to drink as either aperitif or digestive.

  • Our patent-pending processes leverage the anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties of natural ingredients to preserve La Cuisine wines against spoilage, increasing shelf life both before and after opening, without the use of salt or artificial preservatives.
