La Cuisine Chef’s Wine was founded by Shawn and Arman, two friends who share a passion for food and wine. Traveling the world and tasting the cuisine of a great many cultures and learning about their recipes and preparation techniques, we have come to appreciate the power of “honest cooking” - unpretentious recipes that rely on fresh ingredients augmented with the right amount of natural flavors to satisfy both the body and the spirit. Our goal is to supply every chef, be they aspiring or experienced, with a super-ingredient that allows them to replicate any number of simple, classic recipes and even experiment with creating their own. No-nonsense, free of mystique or pretension - just great food worthy of gathering around a table!
