La Cuisine Chef’s Wine: Gelée
Using your favorite recipe, in a large nonreactive saucepan*, substitute 1 1/2 cups of La Cuisine Chef’s Wine for the recipe’s white wine, herbs and spices (reminder: LCCW has no added salt or preservatives).
Ingredients:
-La Cuisine Chef’s Wine*
-Your Choice of Herbs and Spices
Sugar and Gelatin as preferred.
Instructions:
Add sugar and gelatin per your recipe’s instructions. Continue with the recipe’s instructions. LCCW Gelée goes very well with a peach conserve topping; the added herbal flavor will make your mouth water!
