La Cuisine Chef’s Wine: Sautéed Vegetables
Using your favorite stir-fry recipe, in a large nonreactive large skillet, substitute white wine for same amount of La Cuisine Chef’s Wine* and no need to add herbs or spices (reminder: LCCW has no added salt or preservatives)
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup La Cuisine Chef’s Wine*
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 onion, diced (medium)
-1 yellow pepper, diced
-2 zucchinis, diced
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 pound tomatoes (20 cherry, 8 small plum, 4 Roma, 3 medium) tomatoes, cut in small equal sizes
-Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, yellow pepper and zucchini to the skillet and sauté for approximately 5 – 7 minutes, stirring often. Add minced garlic, tomatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add LCCW and sauté for 3 – 5 more minutes.
