La Cuisine Chef’s Wine: Coq Au Vin (Chicken)

Using your favorite Coq Au Vin recipe, in a large nonreactive stockpot, substitute 1 1/2 cups of La Cuisine Chef’s Wine* for the recipe’s white wine, herbs and spices (reminder: LCCW has no added salt or preservatives). Continue with the recipe’s instructions. (Prep Notes: lemon and capers go well with La Cuisine Chef’s Wine*.)   • Your Choice of Herbs and Spices

  • Optional Lemon and Capers
