La Cuisine Chef’s Wine: Butter Sauce
Enjoy this delicious butter sauce along with your favourite seafood or vegetable dish.
Ingredients:
-La Cuisine Chef’s Wine*
- Your preferred Butter of Choice
-Optional; Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice and Capers to Taste
Instructions:
Add 1/2 cup of La Cuisine Chef’s Wine and bring to a simmer. Whisk 1 stick of butter (1 tablespoon at a time). Cook your favorite vegetables and plate. Add poached salmon (or any seared fish), and top with the LCCW butter sauce. Continue with the recipe’s instructions.
